Pan seared pigeon breast, bubble and squeak cake and a blackberry dressing
Deep fried brie, cranberry and chilli compôte, rocket and pomegranate salad
Sweet potato and butternut squash soup, finished with roast garlic croutons
Home cured beetroot salmon gravadlax, horse radish crème fraiche, rocket and a dill savoury muffin

Desserts

Christmas pudding with brandy crème Anglais
Blueberry and lemon Bakewell tart served with chocolate Anglais
Mulled wine trifle served with orange and cinnamon shortbread
Selection of cheeses, homemade chutney and biscuits

Mains

Roast turkey with roasted potatoes and parsnips, seasonal vegetables, pigs in blanket, and cranberry chestnut stuffing and home made jus
Mushroom en croute filled with sweet pepper and chilli compôte, toasted almonds, brie and spinach, served with sautéed new potatoes
Pan fried salmon fillet served with roasted potato, red onion and fennel finished with a dill and white wine sauce
Slow roasted pork belly with apple and sage crushed potatoes, buttered curly kale, cider jus and crackling sticks
